Shipping policy
We could have offered ‘FREE DELIVERY’ and hidden the cost by hiking all of our prices, but that’s not really the way we want to do business! We know lots of Shetland residents and visitors might want to purchase from us, which is why we have a free ‘click and collect’ service for those able to collect from the Camera Centre store which is located at 72 Commercial Street, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0DL. The opening hours are 10am-4pm; please note the store is closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
For mailing our products, because of our remote location, the most cost-effective option for postage is Royal Mail/Parcelforce who don’t charge extra for postage to and from the isles.
UK orders
We deliver to all parts of the UK for the same shipping rate, using Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked 48 services. Production times vary depending on the product you’ve ordered: we aim to post print-only items within 1 week of your order, framed prints within 10 days and canvas prints within 2 weeks of your order. This is due to the production time and methods involved; for more on that, head over to our Product Information page.
You’ll receive an email to let you know once your item has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking function may only become active once your purchase has reached the UK mainland.
International Orders
At this time, products for delivery outside of the UK cannot currently be ordered through our website - however, please contact us and we would be happy to provide a quote for print-only international orders.
Shipping rates
We charge a flat rate of £12.50 for each framed print and canvas that you order. For unframed prints (print only) (all sizes), the following rates apply:

Packaging
We have carefully selected our packaging options to help ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition. Prints will be delivered rolled into a packing tube, and framed prints and canvases will be posted in individual boxes. Please note that our two largest frame sizes (for 16x24” and 20x30” prints) are fitted with acrylic ‘plexiglass’ to help ensure your items are not damaged on their way to you, and for the safety of all handlers in transit and recipients.
