Refund policy
Our products are made to order, so if you’ve changed your mind we have a limited returns policy; we hope all our customers will be delighted with their purchases.
Framed prints and canvas prints are non-refundable.
For print-only purchases, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:
- prints must be in original condition and;
- in their original packaging and;
- you will be responsible for return delivery/postage and are responsible for obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit so recommend an insured and tracked service.

We will let you know once we have received your return and will then aim to process a refund within 7 days of receipt. We can only issue a refund on receipt of returned items.
Gift vouchers can be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt.
Prints ordered in the pre-Christmas period from 1st October to 24th December have an extended warranty until 31st January of the new year.
